HOW DO I USE THE EXERCISE 
FUNCTION? 

Your tablet can keep you strong and in shape (well… you 
actually have to do the exercises).  

To get fit, tap the 

[Exercises] 

button. Then Simply touch the 

button for 

[Strength] 

or 

[Stretch] 

(or other) to start the exercise 

video. It may take a few seconds to start. If you don’t see the 
Exercises button, contact your Manager to have it enabled. 

At any time, you can touch the

 [Close] 

button to stop the video 

and return to the home screen, or press 

[Pause]

, 

[Forward]

 or 

[Rewind]

 to control the video.
