Changing the display of the
playback status

1. Press the [KEY PAD] button and touch the

[P.TIME] key during playback.

Each time you touch the key, you can switch
among time display.

TOP function

The TOP function resets the DVD player to the
first track of the disc.

1. Press the [BND] button to playback the first

track(track No. 1).

Displaying MP3 ID3-TAG titles

ID3 information such as title, artist and album
title can be displayed for an MP-3 file containing
ID3 Tag information.

This function is enabled only when the panel is
open.

1. Press the [DISP] button.

Title, artist and album title are displayed.
Press the [DISP] button again to return to the
previous mode.

In case of an MP3 file without ID3-TAG data,
NO ID3 TAG DATA” appears in the display
then return to the STANDARD screen.

DVD Video Player Operations

VISUAL Operations

This function is available when a VTR, etc. is
connected to the visual 1 or visual 2 terminal.

WARNING

For your safety, the driver should not watch
the VTR, etc. or operate the controls while
driving. Please note that watching and op-
erating the VTR, etc. while driving are pro-
hibited by law in some countries.

Switching to the VISUAL mode

Notes:
• For your safety, the VRX928RVD has a safety

function which turns off the picture when the car
is moving, so only the audio can be heard. The
picture can only be watched when the car is
stopped and the parking break is applied.

1. Press the [FUNC] buton and select the VI-

SUAL mode.

2. Press the [BND] button to select the VI-

SUAL1 or VISUAL2.

Switching the VTR system between
NTSC and PAL

This function is enabled only when the panel is
open.

Switch to the VISUAL/VTR in TV mode you use.

1. Press the [ADJ] button to switch to the AD-

JUST MODE menu.

2. Touch the [NTSC/PAL] key, [NTSC] key and

[PAL] key appears in the display.

3. Touch the [NTSC] key or [PAL] key to select

NTSC” or “PAL”.

Adjusting the brightness and tone
of color

Notes:
• This function is not available when the display is

stored.

• The HUE setting can be adjusted only when the

NTSC mode is selected in the VISUAL mode.

• Switch to the VISUAL/DVD player(DVD video or

video CD)/DVD changer/TV mode you see.

1. Press the [ADJ] button to switch to the AD-

JUST MODE menu.

2. Touch the [MONI ADJ] key to display

[BRIGHT], [HUE] and [COLOR] key. Touch
the [BRIGHT], [HUE] and [COLOR] key to
adjust BRIGHT, HUE and COLOR.

Adjust the brightness of the display.
