Applications shows a fixed blank display, with
no synced applications.
Device is not connected to the unit.
Connect a smartphone to the unit.
The device is not compatible.
Use an Android Devices or iPhone with a compatible operating system.
The USB cable is not working.
Only use the official Lightning USB cable and re-connect the smartphone
to the unit.
Applications shows a fixed blank display, with
a QR Code.
No compatible applications are found on the
smartphone.
Install a compatible application to the Android Devices or iPhone and re-
connect the smartphone to the unit. For more details, to the Applications
section of the manual.
Synced application does not load when
selected.
Communication issues with the smartphone
and the unit.
Disconnect and re-connect the smartphone to the unit. And select the
application again.
Turn off and on the smartphone and re-connect to the head unit.
Launch the application on the smartphone, and make sure the application
is actively running on the smartphone.
The response of multi finger operation
(Eg: Pinch-to-zoom gesture) is not good.
Slow response time from the smartphone.
