Hydraulic hoses

Hydraulic bolt connectors:

Follow the final assembly guidelines:

– Cutting ring bolt connectors on the hydraulic

ducts, see above. Progressive ring bolt connec-
tors on the hydraulic ducts, see above. Biconal
ring bolt connectors on the hydraulic ducts, see
above.

Hose routing:

Follow the relevant specifications concerning the five
following illustrations.

– Avoid twisting the hoses during installation.

A =

 incorrect installation

B =

 correct installation

– Install hoses so that neither tractive force loads

nor upsetting loads occur with short lengths in any
operating status.

C =

 Wrong installation

D =

 Correct installation

– Rule of thumb: When jiggling on the hose in the

middle between two brackets/connectors (e.g.
clamps), the entire play of the hose should be at
least 1 cm.

Warning!

Hoses laid in a straight line become shorter
due to the internal hydraulic pressure.

Fittings may be torn out.

– Always install hoses with a slight sag.

Even in static positions.
