Designates that this action is enabled or disabled.

Conditional field that designates when this action is active, according to the value and operator used.
"Hysteresis":
Set up a hysteresis band.
Up to two conditions can be set for an action, and the user can configure a condition "AND" or "OR" on the two conditions
