1. Can not startup the machine (power indicator does not light)
1) To confirm whether the power cord has damaged.
2) To confirm whether the power has connected to AC.
3) To confirm the power turns on.
4) To confirm whether the power switch is damaged.
2. Can not run the control software
Download and install Microsoft

3. Can't run the control software
1) To confirm whether the COM port is right. Check each computer

s corresponding COM
through computer management

device manager

port.
2) To confirm whether the serial port cable is communicated.
3) To confirm whether the selected baud rate is correct.
4. Output device without image
1) To confirm the input signal source.
2) To confirm whether the input and output cables are connected as shown in the
diagram.

Signal switching is not correct, such an example: input video source is VGA, but the
output channels is switched to AV input;
