when the serial port is already occupied, it would pop-up prompt message as shown in the
picture below. The user should check the serial port connection and application program,
then release the current serial port and reconnect.
If the Ip address conflict or the connection is in abnormal condition, it would pop-up
prompt message as shown in the figure below:
