Call Log
You can view a list of calls made to and from your phone or place a call directly
from this page.
1.
From the
User Portal
page, click
Call Log
. The
Call Log
page opens and
displays a chronological list of phone calls.
2.
Click the
Call
button next to the number you’d like to call. The call is placed.
Note that this list is cleared when Portico TVA is rebooted.
The call log is not update automatically; press
Refresh
to view new entries.

Local Directory
You can view your phone directory online and place a call directly from the
webpage.
1.
From the
User Portal
page, click
Local Directory
. The
Local Directory
page opens and displays an alphabetical list of numbers.
2.
Click the
Call
button next to the number you’d like to call. The call is placed.
The webpage will not update automatically; press
Refresh
to view new entries.
