(3) Follow the instructions of the system administrator to install memories.
See Appendix F.8 “ Memory ”.
(4) Install the SB.
See Appendix F.2.1 “ Installing SB ”.
(5) Turn on AC power of the Base Unit.
→Wait about a minute until green indicator of the “System Power” turns off.
(6) Make sure that the Alarm indicator of SB is not lit. (See “Figure 4.3.2”.)
ANNT) About Alarm indicator
Memory Operation Mode When the memory expansion that requires setting value change is
made, the SB Alarm indicator lights temporarily.
However, it turns off when Memory Operation Mode setting ends normally.

(7) Connect the operation terminal.
