The radio module serial number is located on the bottom of the radio module case (see
Figure 2
Location of Radio Module Serial Number Label
The radio module serial number label contains the following information:
•
Model number, such as AIR-RM1252A-A-K9 or AIR-RM1252G-A-K9
•
Serial number, such as VDF06367ABC (11 alphanumeric digits)
•
Radio MAC address, such as 00abc65094f3 (12 hexadecimal digits)
•
Location of manufacture, such as Made in Singapore
You need your product serial number when requesting support from the Cisco Technical Assistance
Center.
