2. I/O Address Allocation
I/O Address Allocation is to assign each modules a number to output the data from
the input module. I/O Address is allocated in order of expanded base access from
the local base. Address number is allocated from left side excluding the power of
each bases and CPU. Address number starts from

Special modules and empty slots occupy 16pins (1Word).
