8. TESTS AND GUARANTEES
To guarantee the product's quality, each air handling unit undergoes a variety of tests: EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) test,
component functional tests (fan motor assembly, heat recovery unit, sensor, etc.).
However, our units are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the commissioning date, when this date occurs within three
months of the invoice date.
It is effective for a period of 15 months from the unit invoice date in all other cases.
CIAT's guarantee on motors is limited to the terms of guarantee extended by its supplier.
Under no circumstances must the fitter carry out work on the motor. This will invalidate any future claims on the warranty.
