I cannot scan the QR Code
There is not enough light
Try the scan again in a
better lit area
There is too much light
Try the scan again in a
less bright location
The QR Code is no longer
readable on the label
Change your shirt and
scan the new label,
contact the organization
that provided you with the
shirt
You have not authorized
the application to access
your camera
Go to the settings of your
smartphone and authorize
the use of the camera by
the application

smartphone or they
disconnect. (the data has
not been transmitted to the
