This message signifies that you must activate 

notifications in your smartphone settings, so that you 

can receive alert messages

•  IOS:

 Activate the notification in Settings/

Notifications/Chronolife Smart Textile/Authorize 

notifications.

•  Android:

 Activate the notification in Settings/

Application/Notifications.

This message signifies that your memory is low. Please 

reconnect your smartphone to the WiFi or mobile 

network for activating the data transfer to the server. 

If your smartphone is connected in 4G, check in the 

setting that the case « wifi only » is unselected.

It is not necessary to delete the data from your 

smartphone.
