Setting the 24-hour disc and city indicator
Firstly, you’ll need to set the 24-hour disc to your home city.
To do this, pull the crown gently into position

. Turning
it clockwise will activate the 24-hour disc, which moves in
individual hour increments. Let’s say, for example, that it’s
4pm in London. You would need to turn the crown until the
number 16 on the 24-hour disc is aligned against London on
the outer cities ring (figure 1). To set the orange city indicator
which highlights your preferred city location, turn the crown
anti-clockwise until you have reached the desired city
eg. London (figure 2).
