Important safeguards
To prevent personal injury and to protect the device from
damage, read and follow these safety precautions. This product
is intended for use in a non-cinema environment.
Safety and warning guidelines
Warning! If not avoided, the following could
result in death or serious injury.
•
FIRE and SHOCK HAZARD! Do not expose the product to
rain or moisture.
•
FIRE AND SHOCK HAZAZRD! Protect the product from
foreign objects entering through the air outlets as it may
touch high voltage parts.
•
Do not use the plug with extension cord outlets or other
outlets unless the plug pins can be fully plugged in.
Caution! If not avoided, the following could result
in minor or moderate injury.
•
Keep adequate clearance around the product for
ventilation and cooling.
•
PRODUCT DAMAGE! Do not cover the air outlets of the
product.
•
Do not overheat the product. Ventilation openings are
located at rear and bottom of the projector.
•
Do not block the air outlets.
•
Do not position the product in a confined space unless it is
well ventilated, for example in a bookcase.
•
Do not position the product near water or splashing water.
•
Do not position water containers, such as vases, on or
near the product.

property damage.
•
FIRE HAZARD! Properly locate the product.
•
PRODUCT DAMAGE! Do not position the product in
environments containing soot, moisture, or smoke, such
as a kitchen.
•
PRODUCT DAMAGE! Do not allow oil or chemicals to come
in contact with the product.
•
PRODUCT DAMAGE! Do not position the product near an
exhaust pipe, air conditioning equipment, radiator, or
heating pipes.
•
TIP HAZARD! Do not position the product on an unstable
truck, rack, or table. Use a cart or rack recommended by
the manufacturer or included with the product. Follow
steps provided in Installation and Setup guide included
with the wall and ceiling mount.
•
Use installation components approved by the
manufacturer.
•
TIP HAZARD! Be careful when moving the product with a
cart. Abrupt stops, hard pushing, or rugged surfaces may
topple the projector and the cart.
•
PRODUCT DAMAGE! Do not keep projecting a stationary
image for a prolonged time or the image may be
temporarily sustained on the panel. This is a property of
LCD panels.
•

SHOCK HAZARD! Do not open or remove the casing for
maintenance. Only qualified technicians are allowed for
maintenance.

Damaged or broken power cord or plug

Liquid splashed inside product
•
Product exposed to rain or water
•
Invalid operations taken
