Brightness settings are not being displayed at a constant level.
Resolution
•
In the left navigation menu, tap Lamp Settings > Lamp Power/LiteLOC Setup. Under
LiteLOC
™
, tap Enable LiteLOC.
•
If the lamp power is at the maximum setting to maintain a LiteLOC setting, LiteLOC is
automatically disabled. Reduce the LiteLOC setting, or install a new lamp.
Display issues
The following topics cover common display issues and their solutions.
Flicker, shadows, or dimness
The projected image flickers, contains shadows, or is dim.
Resolution
•
Verify that the douser is open.
•
Align the lamp.
•
In the left navigation menu, tap Lamp Settings > Lamp Power/LiteLOC Setup. Monitor the
Power % field to determine if field to determine if the power is consistent or if it varies.
Increase the lamp power. Lamps that are near end of service may not operate reliably at a
lower power setting.
•
A fold mirror or integrator rod misalignment could exist. Contact your Christie qualified service
technician to resolve the issue.
Blank screen with no display of cinema image
When the projector is turned on, nothing is displayed.
Resolution
•
Ensure the lens cap is not on either end of the lens.
•
Ensure the lamp is on.
•
Confirm all power connections are still good.
•
Ensure the douser is open by verifying the state of the douser on Main panel.
•
Ensure any test pattern other than the full black test pattern displays properly.
•
Verify the correct display file is selected.
•
For cinema connections, verify the correct port is selected.
