3. Open the connector housing to access the wire terminals.
4. Install either the cable gland or the metal conduit fitting as per the appropriate country's

regulations.

•

Cable gland—Cable outer diameter must be greater than 6 mm (0.23 inches) and less
than 12 mm (0.47 inches)

•

Metal conduit fitting—12.7 mm (1/2 inch), flexible

5. Put the bare ends of the wires into the terminals of the socket.
6. Tighten the three terminal screws.

7. Place the socket housing back on the receiver box and tighten the screw loosened in step 2.
