CLA MixDown / User Guide

Bass 

Controls the level of a low-shelf filter and adds warmth to the mix.  
Range: -10 to +10 
Switch: Off or On 
 

Treble 

Controls a high-frequency bell EQ band and can add sparkle and clarity. 
Range: -10 to +10 
Switch: Off or On 
 

Glue 

Controls the amount of compression applied to the signal. Higher settings tend to make the mix tighter but less 
transparent. Lower settings may result in greater space in parts of the mix. 
Range: -10 to +10 
Switch: Off or On 

 
There are two compressor types:  

  A modern, punchy compressor.  

  A compressor with a longer time constant. It is good for holding the mix together.  

 
Drive

 

Sets the amount of harmonic distortion added to the signal. The effect is similar to sending a very high-level signal to an 
SSL mix buss.  
Range: -10 to +10 
Switch: Off or On
