D. Alveograph installation
It is recommended to have AlveoPC delivered and installed by a technician authorized by CHOPIN Technologies.
Keep the packaging. You must use it when transporting the machine.
Put the AlveoPC on a horizontal and stable surface. Check the flatness with
the included spirit level.
Don’t put the AlveoPC behind glass, especially if it is subjected to direct
sunlight.
Leave at least a 20-centimeter space around the machine to make sure it gets
enough ventilation.
Indoor conditions of use: 20°C (68°F) ± 2°C (35°F) and a relative humidity of 65% ± 15%.
1.
Screw the burette support axis onto the base by making it go through the hole situated on
the upper part of the kneader crankcase.
2.
Slide the burette holder to the axis.
3.
Slot the burette into the clips.
4.
Then place the extracting plate by sliding it under the two spring leaves.
1.
Unscrew the upper plate by using the handle. Take it out of its three
guides so you can fully release the lower plate.
2.
Put the level onto the lower plate.
3.
Put the Alveograph at level by working on the adjustable feet. Turn
the level at 90 degrees, working on the feet again if you need to, until
the machine is perfectly horizontal.
4.
Make sure the locknuts are tight.
