ARRANTY

 

 
CHOCOLATE WORLD guarantees this cutter to have been checked thoroughly before leaving the 
factory, and to be free from defects in both material and workmanship for 

o

ne (1) year from the 

original date of purchase. 
 
This  warranty  does  not  apply  to  damage  caused  by  service  performed  by  anyone  who  is  not  a 
CHOCOLATE  WORLD  authorized  service  provider;  or  to  damage  caused  by  use  with  non-
CHOCOLATE WORLD products; or to damage caused by a product or part that has been modified 
to alter functionality or capability of the machine. 
 
CHOCOLATE WORLD will not replace the cutter or provide any refund until the defective product 
or parts are returned. 
 
Replacement  products  may  be  new  or  second-hand  items  as  long  as  they  are  as  reliable  as  the 
defective products. 
 
This  warranty  does  not  apply  to  consumable  parts  subject  to  normal  wear  and  tear;  to  damage 
caused by negligence or by operating the cutter outside the permitted or intended use described in 
this manual, or to damage that cannot be linked to conditions of normal use. 
 
Service under warranty does not extend warranty. 
 
The  service  personnel  shall  replace  or  fix  consumable  parts,  parts  subject  to  wear  and  tear  only 
upon request and payment of the relevant fee. 
 
Repair and shipping costs will be charged for damage that cannot be related to defects in material 
and workmanship. 
 
Replacement products will be shipped F.O.B. our plant; all shipping costs shall in all cases be borne 
by the client. 
 
CHOCOLATE  WORLD  does  not  hold  any  liability  in  case  of  damage  to  property  or  injury  to 
individuals  caused  by  misuse  or  by  operating  the  machine  outside  the  permitted  or  intended  use 
described in this manual. 
 
The court of jurisdiction for any dispute arising hereunder shall be the Court of Antwerp, Belgium.
