Inspection

•  Weather blade should stop within 4 seconds after moving 

blade clutch lever to "OFF".  Adjust if cutter does not stop 

within 4 seconds.

Adjustment

•  Adjust the adjust nut (F) for cable (E) play of 2 to 3 mm 

when the cutting blade clutch lever is positioned at "OFF".

•  Adjust the adjust nut (H) so spring (G) is extended 3 to 5 mm 

when the parking brake is locked.

Adjust brake pedal if play increases.  Excessive brake  

play may cause accidents.

7.8.5  HST Pedal

HST pedal should not be adjusted except after the disas-

sembly and reassembly.

• 

Adjust the HST pedal “NEUTRAL” position.  

If machine moves slightly 

forward or backward when HST pedal is not operated.

• 

Request dealer or Canycom service center to perform all HST 

pedal adjustments.  HST pedal adjustments require precision skills 

and should not be performed by machine owners or operations.
