Adjustment
Inspection
Check the cutting blade rotary V-belt for damage. If it is dam-
aged, replace with a new one.
Adjustment
After replacing V-belt, adjust as follows :
1. Adjust the adjust nut (D) so that, when the cutting blade
clutch lever is positioned at "ON", the length of the spring
(C) in the hook is 120 mm.
2. Adjust the position of the belt stopper so that, when the
cutting blade clutch lever is positioned at "ON", the clear-
ance between the V-belt and the belt stopper is 5 to 10
mm.

Adjust V-belt only when V-belt slips during driving.
V-belt should be always in tension during operation.
Adjust the adjust nut (B) so that the length of the spring (A) in
the hook is 88 mm.
