are properly assembled and installed using the instructions

manufacturer.

Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged
in any way, such as power supply cord or plug has been
damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into
the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or
moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE

STRUCTURAL SUPPORT FOR THIS LIFT CAN LEAD TO
SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE TO
EQUIPMENT!  It is the installer’s responsibility to make sure
the structure to which this component is attached can support
five times the combined weight of all equipment.  Reinforce
the structure as required before installing the component.

WARNING:

EXCEEDING THE IDENTIFIED WEIGHT

CAPACITY OF THIS EQUIPMENT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE
PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT!  It is
the installer’s responsibility to make sure the combined
weight of all components attached to the SLEU does not
exceed 35 lbs (16 kg).
