TO REPLACE THE BATTERIES:  Always make sure the 

two Batteries (part #13)

are replaced at the same time.  To replace the Batteries, unscrew and remove
the ten phillips 

Screws that hold the Back Cover in place.  Remove the Back

Cover to expose the 

Battery Compartment.  Remove the two Holding Brackets.

Carefully lift the two Batteries out of the Battery Compartment.  Remove the
Copper Booster Cables (parts #1, #2) and the

 Red and Black Recharging Wires

from the Battery Terminals.  Make sure the Red Copper Booster Cables and Red
Recharging Wires are attached to the Positive (+) Battery Terminals.  Then,
attach the Black Copper Booster Cables and Black Recharging Wires to the
Negative (--) Battery Terminals.  Carefully slide the two new Batteries back into
the Battery Compartment.  Replace the two Holding Brackets to secure the
Batteries in place.  Position the Back Cover back in place, and secure the Back
Cover with the ten phillips Screws.

new Light Bulb.  Then, snap the Light Lens and Light Case back into place.
