Slide the long end of the hex wrench through the hole in the guide tube.

While holding the shaft with one hand, pull the guide tube out of the shaft with the other hand.
NOTE:
The guide tube will be tightly fitted into the shaft, so you will need to pull hard to remove it.

Dispose of the used projectile.

Clean the outside of the shaft, transmitter, and screw cap using a soft, clean cloth dampened with
water or a mild antibacterial detergent. Avoid the use of abrasive materials and cleaning solvents.
NOTE:
Wait until the cleaned components are dry before continuing with step 10.
10 .
Clean the inside of the shaft (tube) with the cleaning brush provided with hand piece kit. Cleaning
should be performed after each day of usage.
Note: Do not use any lubricant with cleaning of handpiece.
