Attach a long lower brace (C) to the lower holes
in the legs.
Repeat steps with the remaining legs and
long leg brackets.
Join the two frames together with the short
upper and lower leg brackets.
Press a plastic foot onto the end of each of the
four legs.
Place the completed floor stand on a level
surface and adjust it so that all 4 legs are
contacting the floor and the stand is
symmetrical.
Tighten all the nuts.
