PREPARE THE ROTISSERIE ROD
1. Install the rod handle onto your rotisserie rod.
2. Next, slide the rod collar onto the rod with the
wing nut nearest the handle. Do not tighten
the collar yet.
3. Install one of the meat forks onto the rod, with
the tines pointed toward the center.
4. Slide your food onto the rod.
5. Next, slide the remaining meat fork onto the
rod with the tines towards the food.
6. If needed slide the second meat fork onto the
rod for additional food.
7. Adjust the food and both meat forks so that
the food is centered on the rod.
8. Tighten the wing screws on the meat forks to
lock them into place.
9. Insert the end of the rod into the motor
bushing
10. Align the rod collar slot with the roller bearings
on the rod bracket. Tighten the rod collar
securely.

ABOUT YOUR ROTISSERIE RODS
1. This rotissrie kit is designed to fit our 4 burner
style Built In Medallion Grill , as well as the 5
Burner style grill.
2. For use with the 4 Burner grill, use only the
long rotissrie rod. The shorter extension rod
and rod connector will not be needed.
3. For use with the 5 burner grill, use the rod
connector to join the long rod to the extention
rod. Tighten securely using pliers.
