•  Remove wingnut from temperature gauge, insert temperature gauge through the hole in the door from the front, reinstall 

the wingnut to the temperature gauge.

•  Insert the 3 Cooking Grates into the smoker body.

•  Carefully place the door back onto the Smoker Body hinges.
