Can’t be recognized after

USB is connected



Ensure USB cable is plugged.



Ensure USB cable is not damaged.



Restart the device.



Pull out and reconnect the USB cable.



Check if Microsoft ActiveSync has been installed properly



Ensure connection to PC is correct

WIFI communication error



Ensure the program is correct (Please refer to DEMO).




