Mainboard Software

4-4 Trend Antivirus Utility for Win95

Your CD-ROM contains PC-cillin, software used in detecting and cleaning viruses
from your computer. The readme.txt file located at D:\Pccillin\readme.txt
contains important information regarding the use of this software. To use the
auto-install feature to install PC-cillin, do the following:

1. Start Windows 95.
2. Insert the CD-ROM disk that came with your mainboard into your CD-ROM

drive. The CD-ROM will autorun and a software installation window will
appear.

3. Click on the Trend Antivirus Utility button and then choose a language.
4. Follow instructions on the screen to complete the software installation.
5. Restart the computer.

To install PC-cillin manually, click on the Setup application file located at
D:\Pccillin\(choose a language)\Setup.exe in Windows Explorer. Be sure to
restart your computer after installation.

4-5 Shepherd System Monitoring Software for Win95 OR

Genesys System Monitoring Software for Win95/WinNT

Depending on the type of packaging your system assembler ordered, you
will either receive Shepherd or Genesys System monitoring software.

Shepherd or Genesys, in combination with this mainboard's system monitoring
hardware, detects the rpm speed of both system and CPU fans, CPU temperature,
and the input and output of one on-board voltage(Genesys detects four on-board
voltages). If something goes wrong in your system, an alarm will sound and
display appropriate error data in an error output window. To use the auto-install
feature to install Shepherd, do the following:

1. Start Windows 95.
2. Insert the CD-ROM disk that came with your mainboard into your CD-ROM

drive. The CD-ROM will autorun and a software installation window will
appear.

3. Click on the Shepherd or System Monitor button.
4. Follow instructions on the screen to complete the software installation.
5. Restart the computer.

To install Shepherd manually, click on the Setup application file located at
D:\Shepherd\Setup.exe in Windows Explorer. For Genesys, click on the Setup
file for Genesys at D:\SysMon\Win95\Setup.exe or D:\SysMon\WinNT\Setup.exe.
Be sure to restart your computer after installation.
