CHECKING THE GAS SETTING
Checking the supply pressure
1. Undo screw 1 (fig. a) and insert the pressure gauge connection
tube into the pressure connection point.
2. Run the boiler at maximum power (activate the “cleaning” function
and press the
button for 5 seconds, t-- is displayed). The sup-
ply pressure must correspond with that recommended for the type
of gas for which the boiler was designed.
3. Once the checking procedure is complete, tighten screw 1 and
check the seal.
4. The cleaning function is automatically deactivated after 10 minu-
tes.
Checking the maximum domestic hot water pressure
1. To check the maximum pressure, insert the pressure gauge con-
nection tube into pressure connection point .
2. Disconnect the air chamber compensation pipe.
3. Run the boiler at its maximum domestic hot water power. Activate
the “cleaning” function (press the
button for 5 seconds, the
display will show t --), turn the encoder clockwise to activate the
maximum domestic hot water power function.
t -- will appear on the display.
The supply pressure must correspond with that recom-
mended in the "gas settings" table for the type of gas for
which the boiler was designed. If the data does not corre-
spond, remove the protective cover and turn setting screw
(fig. c).
4. Once the checking procedure is complete, tighten screw and
check the seal.
5. Refit the protective cover on the regulator.
6. Reconnect the compensation tube.
7. The cleaning function is automatically deactivated after 10 minu-
tes.
Minimum power check
1. To check the minimum pressure, insert the pressure gauge con-
nection tube into pressure connection point (fig. b).
2. Disconnect the air chamber compensation pipe.
3. Activate the “cleaning” function (press the
button for 5
seconds, the display will show t --) turn the encoder clockwise to
activate the maximum domestic hot water power function.
t__ will appear on the display.
Disconnect
one
wire
from
the
regulator
(fig. d). The supply pressure must correspond with that recommen-
ded in the "gas settings" table for the type of gas for which the boiler
was designed. If the data does not correspond, turn setting screw
“4” (fig. d).
4. Once the checking procedure is complete, tighten screw and
check the seal.
5. Refit the protective cover on the regulator.
6. Reconnect the compensation tube.
7. The cleaning function is automatically deactivated after 10 minu-
tes.
IMPORTANT
Hermetically reseal the openings for reading the gas regu-
