Cleaning the heating system
At the fi rst installation, it is necessary to pre-clean the installation.
In order to ensure the proper functioning of the appliance, after each
cleaning operation, water substitution or addition of glycol, verify that
the appearance of the liquid system is clear, without visible impurities
and that the water hardness is under 20 °C.
Attention
In order to avoid contamination between the fi lling water of the
installation and the sanitary water and to avoid an inopportune fi l-
ling of the installation and the resulting corrosion of system com-
ponents, it is advisable to install a two taps-backfl ow preventer
(upstream and downstream).
Safety valve drain
The discharge of the safety valve should be fl owing into the drain of
the water supply.
Expansion vessel
The system is equipped with an expansion vessel for heating systems
(8 l). Make sure that the expansion vessel has a capacity appropriate
to the quantity of water present in the installation. Prior to fi lling,
make sure that the fi lling pressure is equal to 1 bar.
Installation fi lling
The maximum pressure of the heating installation must be equal to 3
bar. The allowed fi lling pressure is equal to 1 bar.
Right after the fi lling of the installation, disconnect the main water
supply. frequent fi lling operations (several times per month) must be
avoided in order to limit the possible corrosion of the system.
Initial procedures
Heating loop
Open the taps of the circuit fl ow and return to the heating loop.
Open the fi lling taps of the heating loop.
Close the taps when the pressure gauge is located at the desired
pressure.
Degas the installation, re-establish the pressure and check the ti-
ghtness of all the gaskets.

ATTENTION
The minimum operating fl ow inside the external unit is:
UE 4kW = 320 l/h
UE 6Kw = 420 l/h
UE 8kW = 420 l/h
Consider a safety margin of 100 l / h at least, in order to limit the problems of fouling
of the fi lter.
