Guarantee Claim Form
The Guarantee given by Chad-O-Engineering (Pty) Ltd covers the working
components, on all Chad-O-Chef Gas Fireplaces for the period of 2 Years
(+ 1 Year t’s & c’s apply), covering manufacturing defects caused in the
manufacturing process. This does not cover component malfunction if the
product is not installed by a registered Gas Installer, or the product is
modified after leaving the factory.
Chad-O-Engineering (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible in the event of
rust. Stainless Steel is inherently corrosion resistant when compared to
other metals, due to its thin protective surface layer. This does not mean
that it is rust-proof & it will require regular maintenance to preserve this
protective surface layer in order to enjoy the high-quality standard that is
to be expected from Chad-O-Chef.
