Your OFP400 Fireplace is designed to 

replace old wood and coal firepits, with 

the ease of use of LP Gas.

Choosing a site:

 

This fireplace may be installed in any outdoor area, and is designed to function 
correctly with ample ventillation. Avoid areas where there are strong draughts, 
which may be generated by narrow passage ways, as excessive wind could 
affect the correct working of the firepit.

Clearances to combustible materials:

 

Combustible materials are defined as wood, fabrics, or other materials likely 
to burn when exposed to flame. Any other material which is likely to discolour, 
melt, or lose shape when exposed to moderate heat, should fall into the same 
category.

A steel or masonry construction may be fitted underneath the firepit

 but under 

no circumstances should any electrical equipment such as plasma screen 
TV sets be positioned above the unit. Any ornaments positioned above the 
fireplace must be able to withstand the elevated temperatures and moisture. No 
combustible materials whatsoever must be used or placed above the fireplace.   

*A permanently ventilated area is required for the safe installation of this unit
