Failure 3 :
Indicator lights on circuit board excludes the troubles
Red light
: power. if the red light are not on, the machine is not receiving
power, please kindly check the wiring connecting and power
Green light
: working. If the green light are not on, the machine is not
receiving working
Yellow ligh
t
: heating. if the yellow light are not on,the machine is not
heating
Orange light
: water ingress. if the orange light are on, the water should
not coming in, please kindly check whether the water supply valve is
open and whether there is water in the water pipe.If try all above, you
still can’t figure out it, please feel free to contact us
Under normal circumstances, the red light is on after power on, and
then the green light and the orange light are on together, indicating that
water is entering the case. The orange light is off and the yellow light is
on, indicating that the machine has finished the water supply and started
to heat. After heating for minutes, the machine starts to emit steam, and
stops steaming until the room reaches the set temperature.
Failure 4 :
No response from the controller, no display
1.The controller is broken or connection problems, check whether the
wiring is tight
2. The circuit board is damp or broken
Marking
·Turn off power before changing original parts.
·Contact with seller if these methods cannot exclude the troubles or
the machine cannot work because of other reasons.
