b) Open the temperature compensation software TempComp.exe, and the software interface is as

Click the Set Address button, and the communication address setting dialog will pop up. As shown in the
following figure, the GPIB address of the signal source to be connected, the GPIB Address of the power
meter and the IP Address of the spectrum analyzer can be set. The address of the signal source and
