OPERATING PRINCIPLES.
To understand the air, the piston moves up and down inside the cylinder. In the down stroke, the
air is contracted through the inlet valve. The discharge valve remains closed. In the upward stroke
of the piston, the air is compressed. The inlet valve closes and the compressed air is forced to be
directed towards the tank through the non-return valve. In a conventional piston compressor,
the air load is maintained until reaching the maximum pressure, 8 bar. The electronic pressure
control that this compressor incorporates allows to select a lower maximum pressure limit,
which reduces the waiting time to start work.

CONNECTION TO THE POWER SUPPLY.
•
Before connecting the compressor and the power supply, check that the data on the
nameplate matches the values of this and all connections are tight, to avoid air errors, bad
contacts and overheating. Connect the compressor to a socket with protection and
grounding devices.
•
The compressor is connected to a red wire with a ground connection. This can be connected
to any 230 V ~ 50 Hz grounding socket that is protected with 16 A.
•
Cables of great length such as, p. ex. Extension cords, winding drums, etc. they cause
voltage drops and can hinder the machine's running.
•
The low temperatures, lower than 5 ° C, can hinder the running of the motor.
