PERSONAL SAFETY.
•
Stay alert, watch what you are doing, and use common sense when using the machine. Do
not use it when you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A
moment of distraction while working with the machine can result in serious injury.
•
Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves
away from moving parts. Loose clothing, jewelry, or long hair can be caught by moving
parts.
•
Avoid accidental starting. Make sure switch 2 is in the off position before plugging in the
machine. Plugging in machines with the switch in the on position invites accidents.
•
Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Dust
mask, non-slip safety shoes, helmet or hearing protection must be used in the appropriate
conditions.
•
Before connecting the machine to a power source (receptacle, outlet, etc.) make sure that
the voltage provided is the same as that mentioned on the machine's technical data plate.
A source of power greater than that specified for the machine can cause serious injury to
the user, as well as damage to the equipment.
USE AND MAINTENACE OF MACHINE.
•
Use clamps or some other practical way to secure and support the workpiece to a stable
platform. Holding the workpiece with your hands or against your body is unstable and can
lead to loss of control.
•
Do not force the machine. Use the machine according to the specifications. The machine
will do the job for which it was designed better and safer.
•
Do not use the machine if the power switch 2 does not turn it on or off. Any machine that
cannot be controlled with the on or off switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
•
Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing the machine. These preventive measures reduce the risk of the
machine being accidentally started.
•
Store electrical machines out of the reach of children and anyone else who is not trained in
handling. The tools are dangerous in the hands of users who are not trained.
•
Always keep the machine in good condition. Correctly maintained machines are less likely
to break down or cause accidents.
•
Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, broken parts, or any other before use.
Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained machines.
•
Use only accessories recommended by the manufacturer of your model. Accessories that
work for one machine can be dangerous when used on another.
•
Do not tamper with or misuse the machine. This machine was built with precision. Any
unspecified alteration or modification is a misuse and can lead to dangerous situations.
•
It is recommended that you use a suitable safety device such as a thermal and differential
switch when using electrical equipment.
