INITIAL SETTINGS
Using [

] to select “KEY BEEP” and press [EDIT].
Current setting will be displayed. Using [
e
] / [
d
] to switch
between ON & OFF then press [SAVE] to confirm.
Intercom Set Up
Choose the number of rings before the handset answers to an intercom call. When “AFTER 1 RING”
or “AFTER 3 RINGS” is selected, the unit will automatically answer an intercom call with speakerphone
mode.
Press [MENU].
Using [
e
] / [
d
] to access “INTERCOM SETUP”.
Press [O.K.] to enter into the selection.
Using [
e
] / [
d
] to select the desired option.
Press [SAVE] to confirm setting.
Naming
Each handset is defaulted as HS (#) where # is the sequence of handset registered to the base unit.
The base unit is named BASE. They can be personalized with names, e.g. JOHN, MARY, GARAGE or
ROOM 2, etc.
Press [MENU] on the handset during standby.
Using the [
e
] / [
d
] to select “NAME HANDSET”.
Press [O.K.] to enter into the selection.
Press [EDIT] to initiate the process. Enter the name;
maximum of six alphanumeric digits or symbols.
Press [SAVE] to confirm settings.
Each numeric key is assigned a set of letters and symbols as printed below. Press the corresponding
number until the desired letter is displayed. If two consecutive letters from the same key is required,
wait until the cursor moves to the next blank space.
