MAINTENANCE

Your air tool needs regular maintenance, including checking the oil level, checking the shake
angle, and grease the clamp screw and zerk fittings.

Adjust Lubricator

Check oiling each time you stop the Paint Shaker.

Step 1: Remove the

Fill Cap

from the

LUBRICATOR ASSEMBLY

(#03) and fill the Oil

Reservoir with Pneumatic Oil.

Step 2: Open (by turning counterclockwise) or close (by turning clockwise) Oil Drip Rate

Adjustment Screw, located on top of the

LUBRICATOR ASSEMBLY

, until oil is dripping

from the Drip Spout, as shown in Figure 2.

Step 3: Adjust oil drip rate so that 1 drop occurs every 15-20 seconds.

NOTE

Do not force adjustment screw. It

stops when fully closed.
