tool onto the surface that is to be ground.

(see Figure D.)

Make sure to grip the Angle Grinder firmly with both hands at all times when using

the Angle Grinder.

The Air Regulator (6) on the Angle Grinder allows the operator to run the tool at

variable speeds (from 0 to 7,500 RPM).  Open the Air Regulator until you reach the
speed at which you wish to operate the Angle Grinder.

(see Figure D.)

Hold the Angle Grinder at an angle of 10 degrees to 15 degrees to the work surface.

7.

When only the outer edge of the Grinding Wheel (44) is used, a rough cut surface
will result.  If the Grinding Wheel is pressed flat against the work surface, the grind-

compressed air from the Air Grinder.  Then disconnect the compressor’s air supply
hose and the water supply hose from the tool.

(see Figure D.)

Make sure to store the Air Grinder in a clean, dry, safe location out of reach of chil-

Prior to use, the Angle Grinder requires the attachment of a

8.

Quick connector (not

included) into its Air Inlet (1).  To do so, wrap approximately 3” of pipe thread sealer
tape (not included) around the male threads of the Quick Connector.  Then firmly
tighten the Quick Connector into the Air Inlet.
