System does not vent
air within 1 minute the
first time it is used
Leaking seal in suction line
Locate any leaks and restore seal.
Container is empty
Fill the container.
Intake filter clogged
Clean filter.
Intake height > 2m
Shorten suction line,
fill suction line with liquid.
Air cannot escape from delivery line
Open pressure side valve

Pump motor not turning
although pump is

No power supply
Check that the terminal clamps are correctly
attached and that there is sufficient battery power.
Defective fuse
Check the blade fuse in the black holder
on the connection cable. Replace if nec.
Motor running slow

Provide voltage of at least 90 %

Counterpressure too high

Reduce delivery height or use a larger
