3. Reinsert the Luer lock adapter by reversing the steps outlined in Section 4.3 and Figure 7. Do not overtighten or the threads on the adapter
may be stripped and leakage could occur.
4.5 Loading a cartridge
1. Obtain a prefilled bioink cartridge or fill a 3-mL cartridge with a low-viscosity bioink (Figure 9A).
2. Remove the end (top) cap (Figure 9B).
