up
My
CEIVAshare
screen
does
not
light
up
First
make
sure
that
your
frame
is
plugged
into
a
working
power
outlet.
On
the
back
of
your
frame
is
a
green
power
light.
Is
that
light
on?
If
yes,
press
the
Black
button
(Brightness)
on
the
back
of
your
frame
several
times
to
ensure
that
the
screen
brightness
level
does
not
simply
need
to
be
increased.
NOTE:
If
you
have
gone
through
these
troubleshooting
steps
and
your
CEIVAshare
frame
is
still
black,
please
