Water leaks from
under the coffee
machine
There is too much water
in the drip tray.
Empty the drip tray.
The machine does
not brew coffee
There is not enough
water in the tank.
Coffee is ground too
finely.

The device is not
connected to the power
supply or is not turned on.
Coffee in the filter has
been tamped too much.
The rubber pad has been
left installed on the water
tank outlet.
Add water.
Add more coarsely ground coffee.
Add coffee to the filter.
Connect the device to the mains or turn
it on.
Mix the coffee in the filter.
Remove the rubber pad from the water
tank outlet.
Coffee/ water leaks
from the portafilter
The portafilter is not
installed correctly.
There is too much coffee
in the filter.
Coffee settled in the filter
inside the portafilter.
Install the portafilter correctly.
Remove some coffee from the
portafilter.
Clean the filter in the portafilter.
Milk is not frothed
properly
There is not enough
milk or the milk is too
skimmed.
Milk is not cool enough.
The steam light indicator
not lit.
Add milk or change to whole milk.
Allow milk to cool down.
Slide the steam switch to on.
