Error Description
Solution
“GAS LO”
(68)
Low shield gas pressure
Check the true gas pressure and make sure there are no
blockages in the gas hoses to which gas sensor (74) is
fitted.
Check the connections of gas sensor (74) to panel board
(24). Replace panel board (24) and/or gas sensor (74).
“GAS HI”
(69)
High shield gas pressure
Check true gas pressure.
Check the connections of gas sensor (74) to panel board
(24). Replace panel board (24) and/or gas sensor (74).
“trG PA”
(71)
Pilot arch start command present
at power-on or during reset after
an alarm
Remove the start command.
The start command can be provided through the CN3
connector or with the CAN bus-1 serial line (see Data
Process Image manual, code. 3.300.363-B supplied with
the power source).
Replace panel board (24).
“TH3”
(72)
Console inverter
overtemperature (pilot arc
inverter).
Replace thermostat (21) on the pilot arc inverter heatsink
on the console.
“H2O”
(75)
Low coolant pressure or flow
rate below the minimum set
threshold for longer than 30
seconds.
Check the wiring between precharge board, BR connector
on the power source and pressure switch on the cooling
unit.
Replace the pressure switch on the cooling unit and/or the
precharge and/or control boards on the power source.
Check the true flow rate in the cooling circuits and that
there are no blockages in the pipes. Check the connections
of flow detectors (42) to console panel board (24).
Replace flow detectors (42) and/or panel board (24).
“GAS LO”
(78)
Low plasma gas pressure.
Check the true gas pressure and make sure there are no
blockages in the gas hoses to which gas sensor (74) is
fitted.
Check the connections of gas sensor (74) to panel board
(24). Replace panel board (24) and/or gas sensor (74).
“GAS HI”
(79)
High plasma gas pressure.
Check true gas pressure.
Check the connections of gas sensor (74) to panel board
(24). Replace panel board (24) and/or gas sensor (74).
“GAS FL”
(86)
The function enables adjustment
of the plasma gas flow.
Check the true plasma gas flow.
Check the connections and the correct operation of
proportion solenoid (65) and flow detector (60).
Replace proportional solenoid (65) and/or flow detector
(60) and/or panel board (24).
