It’s a function of selecting the Automatic shutter speed control or Manual shutter speed control.
1. On the Set Up menu screen, select " EXPOSURE" by using of UP or Down button.

FLK : Select “FLK” mode when it has flickering by unmatched of electric lights and radio waves.

ESC : Available automatic shutter speed control. Brightness could be automatically controlled when

MANUAL : Shutter speed could be controlled by manually.
