Engine Start
Threshold
The engine enters the “started” state
when the measured RPM exceeds this
threshold.
500.0
Range 50.0 to 2000.0 RPM
7
Idle
Threshold
This threshold defines 2 states once the
engine has started, idle and work. If the
RPM is less than or equal to this
threshold, engine is idling…else, engine is
working.
950.0
Range 100.0 to 2000.0 RPM
17
Fuel Level
Delta
If the fuel level drops by more than this
delta, over a fixed time, an event is
generated. Fuel Level must be available on
the engine bus. If the level drops more
than this delta in 5 minutes, the testing
interval goes to 1 minute. Must then get 4
consecutive violations to generate an
event.
0.0
Range -1.0 to 100.0 percent
0.0 disables fuel level detection
8
Idle
Exception
Limit
If the engine is in the idle state for this
continuous duration of time, an idle
exception event is reported.
10
Range 0 – 360 minutes
0 disables testing for idle exception
