SEEDS
• Soak the seeds in cold water to remove
the coating that protects them from
automatic germination. However, some
seeds germinate very easily, such as

remove stems and stalks or other parts
that are not suitable for drying.
• You can dehydrate herbs of one kind
individually or you can combine them
and use as a mixture of spices.
